We would like to introduce The Sunday Reset, a new weekly group focused on mental wellness. Beginning on Sunday, August 31st, this group is dedicated to helping you de-stress, recharge, and set a positive tone for the week ahead.
Why Group Therapy is Both Effective and Essential
Group therapy provides a unique and powerful path to personal growth and healing. While individual therapy offers one-on-one support, a group setting provides a sense of community and shared experience that is difficult to find elsewhere.

What to Expect at The Sunday Reset
This is not a traditional talk therapy group. Instead, we use a hands-on, holistic approach to wellness. Each week, we will rotate through different practices to provide a well-rounded and engaging experience:
Mindful Moments: Gentle guided meditations and breathing exercises to calm the nervous system.
Journaling & Reflection: Prompts to encourage self-awareness and provide clarity on your thoughts and emotions.
Expressive Art: Simple creative exercises to process feelings and foster a sense of play.
Somatic Practices: Gentle body-centered techniques to release physical tension.
EFT Tapping: A simple, yet powerful tool for self-soothing and emotional regulation.
Processing & Decompression: A safe, non-judgmental space to share, listen, and feel heard.

Pre-Register One-Time Fee: $15 per session
Bundle of 4 Sessions: $48 (breaks down to just $12 per session)
Single Drop-In Fee: $20 per session
