Free Consultation
Consultation calls are entirely optional, however i do offer free 15 minute consultations. I do this for a few reasons, our time is valuable, I would like to be able to make sure we both feel this will be a good fit before working together.
Group Therapy
Group Sessions will be 90 minutes in length. They will consist of a theme or a topic, allowing for an intervention to take place. Group therapy is for connection building as well as skill building. Prices will vary based on age group and type of group.
Intake Assessment
Our first session will be an intake assessment where I get to know some information about you, your expectations, and goals. This will also allow you to ask questions and learn what to expect from me.
Extended Sessions
Sometimes extended sessions 60+ min will be warranted. These will be discussed with you and be given on an as needed basses for certain therapeutic modalities.
Individual Therapy
Sessions will be 30, 45, 60 min
Prices will vary based on time.
In these sessions you can expect to have a combination of processing and learning of skills. This is also where intervention will take place.
